Brick by Brick ("I", "me") runs this website. This page explains what information the site collects, why, and what I do with it. The short version: I collect as little as possible, I never sell it, and you can ask me to delete it any time.
What I collect
Information you send me
When you fill out the contact form or the newsletter form, I receive what you typed: your name, email, phone if you added it, your business name, and your message. The forms are processed by Formspree, which stores the submission and emails it to me.
The newsletter
If you subscribe, I keep your email address to send the newsletter. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also just reply "unsubscribe". I don't add contact-form senders to the newsletter unless they asked.
Information collected automatically
The site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use it: which pages get visited, roughly where visitors are located, what device they use, and how they found the site. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects an anonymized version of your IP address. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
The revenue calculator
The calculator runs entirely in your browser. The numbers you enter are not sent to me or stored anywhere.
How I use it
- To reply to you when you contact me.
- To send the newsletter, if you subscribed.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
What I don't do
- I don't sell, rent, or trade your information.
- I don't share it with anyone except the services that run the site (Formspree, Google Analytics, Vercel for hosting).
Your choices
Email me at aamir@brickbybrickops.com and I'll tell you what I have about you, correct it, or delete it. Usually within a few days.
Children
This site is for business owners and isn't directed at anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
